Architectural Drawing

• Prepare architectural drawings, showing internal and external layouts of the buildings.
• Analyses architects' or other designers' concepts and prepare preliminary sketches and detailed instructions.
• Use computers or manually produce designs, detailed drawings and documentation.
• Prepare architectural working drawings showing plans, elevations, sections, materials and finishes, as well as other aspects such as layouts, schedule of doors, windows, curtain wall (if buildings), plumbing, drainage, car parking and landscaping.
• Coordinating of architectural plans to structural engineer with regards to structural drawings.
• Coordinating with M.E.P. contractor such as drainage layout, fire fighting, fire alarm, water layout, lighting, power layout and mechanical layout to make sure that plans and specifications are followed.
• Liaise with local government organizations.
• Examine relevant codes and by-laws in the course of undertaking project documentation.

• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule and shop drawings for reinforcement as per BS 4466 & 8666 using Auto Cad, MS-EXCEL for Pile caps,Raft Slab,Columns,Core wall,Slab,Beams,Staircase,Ramp,and another members of the Building. Taking Approval of the Rebar Shop drawings from the consultant.

• Coordinating with contractor & consultant regarding any technical quarries.
• Controlling Delivery of steel as per the site requirements.
• Giving guidelines regarding fixing of steel.
